I understand that I am required to submit $100 Rental Fee / $250 Deposit for Auditorium Only usage OR $150 Rental Fee / $500 Deposit for Auditorium and Kitchen usage in person at the Village Office. I understand if the Douglas Community / Senior Center is not cleaned satisfactorily or any damage occurs, I forfeit my damage deposit and may be held responsible for any additional expenses for cleaning and/or repairs as well as possible revocation of my privileges for future use.
